Now safe and sound and living with a loving foster in Alabama, Puddles is ready to find her forever home. Though she can be a little shy at first, she warms up quickly and will become your devoted companion. Her beautiful black and tan coat has grown back in and she's healthy, happy, and ready for her new life.

**Step 1: Complete the Adoption Application**

Ready to adopt Puddles? Start by filling out the adoption application:


- Must be 21 years old
- All members of the household should be in agreement with getting a pet
- Adoption fee: $250

**Step 2: Get to Know Puddles**

Once we receive your application, we'll reach out to discuss any questions or concerns and ensure that Puddles is the perfect match for your family.

**Step 3: Welcome Puddles Home**

Our pets are fostered in Alabama and are transported to Vermont after adoption. There is a $200 transport fee. Alternatively, you can pick up Puddles in Alabama with no transport fee.

Adoption Policy

Adoption fee is $250 which covers age appropriate vaccines (DHPP vax) and (Rabies vax if 12 weeks and older), up-to-date on flea/tick prevention and heartworm prevention, worming, heartworm test at age 6 months or older, microchip, fostering costs and health certificate. Thank you for your understanding and consideration and for helping the dogs and puppies in need! We do not adopt to anyone under the age of 21.
