No Greater Love Rescue has had an amazing journey since its inception in 2013. In the years we have been operating, we've proudly saved more than 4,000 animals from cruelty and neglect throughout the Deep South—and those numbers are only continuing to grow! Our Mission
Through our committed effort, we are working hard to provide greater protection and safeguard the welfare of animals in Alabama. Sadly, spay/neuter laws do not exist for Southern states leaving animal mistreatment as a minor issue that is rarely ever enforced or prosecuted with any real consequence — leading overcrowded shelters to put down innocent pets daily. We rescue these beloved creatures from dire conditions and make sure they get love until finding their forever home; even offering transportation services so no pet gets left behind!
